Unwanted Items
If you wish to return an unwanted item, you may do so within 28 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. All returns must be in a re-sellable condition.
Please include your dispatch confirmation email and order reference (UK) number with your return.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and must ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
If an item is damaged or not returned in accordance with the conditions above, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
Refunds on Unwanted Items
Once your unwanted item has been received and inspected by our warehouse team, and it meets our return policy conditions, a refund will be issued.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please allow a few working days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Faulty or Damaged Goods Policy
If you receive a faulty or damaged toy, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund.
How to Report:
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order details along with photos or videos showing the fault.
Returns:
Keep the toy in its original packaging with all accessories. If the fault is confirmed, we will cover the return postage.
Resolution:
Once we receive the item, we will offer a replacement or refund within 14 working days.
