We aim to dispatch toys within [2-3 working days]. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services.
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel and return it for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Exclusions apply for personalised or hygiene-sensitive products.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned toys.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, our returns process applies.
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
All products comply with UK toy safety standards. Please follow age recommendations and safety instructions provided on packaging.
Your personal data is handled securely under our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.
🎁 eGift Card Policy
Validity: eGift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Usage: Can be redeemed online only at Fantasian Toy Store.
Non-Refundable: eGift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.
Balance: Any remaining balance can be used on future purchases within the validity period.
Expiry: After 12 months, any unused balance will expire and cannot be reissued.
Lost Cards: Please keep your eGift card code safe — lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
